Return Policy
Ready-made covers are usually booked in with the courier and dispatched within 1- 4 hours. Once your order has been collected by the courier it cannot be redirected. The cover will then be delivered and need to be returned to us, a return fee will then be applied to your refund. The refund will be processed once the order has been returned. Custom Made Covers can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note a 5% Â fee will be deducted of the portion of the order that is cancelled. This is to cover merchant fees and administration.
Yes, you can return your cover within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note covers can be returned within 7 days of receiving order due to change of mind or wrong size.
Custom made covers cannot be return for the purpose of change of mind or wrong size ordered.
Note: We will reply to your return request with an inbound number. Please do not send any parcel to the warehouses without first receiving an inbound number prior. Deliveries without an inbound number can be incorrectly allocated within the warehouse and may not be refunded.
Fill in your invoice number/ full name / order date/ email address and reason for return in the return form below. Within 2 business days of receiving your form we will email you with a return/inbound number, warehouse address and contact details. Please note covers can only be returned within 7 days of receiving order due to change of mind or wrong size.

Please note a restocking fee of $29 will be deducted from the refund, this amount is to cover the cost involved in:  checking the returned cover, repackaging, restocking the returned cover and  merchant fees. Original delivery is non refundable and the return postage cost is borne by the customer. If order was cancelled within 24 hours 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund. This is to cover the merchant fee that is not refunded to the seller and order processing.

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days by the same payment method used to for the original order. Please note some credit card take two business days before the funds clear your account.
