We ordered garden lounge covers and covers for our reclining chairs . The customer service was excellent even down to having Rachel sending helpful videos to make sure we measured correctly and even following up with FedEx on our behalf.
The covers did in fact arrive within the given timeframe snd we are over the moon with them . We’ve had some very heavy rain ( UK weather ! ) and the covers have kept our outside furniture dry. . They are easy to take on and off too which is a huge bonus . It was definitely worth paying the extra to have bespoke covers made rather than the cheaper options on Amazon that don’t always fit and are certainly not the same quality material ! 5 stars is well earned .
